5 Overview

We consider other alternative tests for group sequential design.

• Weighted logrank tests such as the Harrington and Fleming (1982) and Magirr and Burman (2019a) tests.
• Combination tests such as the MaxCombo test by Lin et al (2020), Roychoudhury et al (2021).

We will illustrate the concepts based on an experimental R package:

• gsdmvn: analytically based group sequential design.
