Source code and documentation for survival analysis using gsSurv() and associated routines.

Overview

This was developed with the literate programming method proposed by Donald Knuth to produce self-documenting code. Currently it is out of date with the associated code in the gsDesign R package. Since some the algorithm used for sample size is an extension of the Lachin and Foulkes method, this also serves as documentation of extension of the methods. There is a possible objective of publishing at arXiv.org since the methodology has not otherwise been fully documented.
